2007
was an amazing year for many reasons, and you are one
of those Great Big Reasons! Thank
you for being in my life and for placing your trust
in me. It is truly my greatest reward to see
you happy and healthy, and walking out of my office
with a relaxed smile and sense of peace and well
being.
This
is a busy time of year, and if you normally get
swept up in the holiday excitement, be sure to allow
adequate quiet time for yourself. Remember
that more people tend to get sick during the winter
months, and that most illness is the result of stress. So
please be gentle and pace yourself so you can feel
your best when there’s so much to do and enjoy
at this celebratory time of year.
One
way you can create more time in your schedule and greatly
reduce your holiday shopping stress is
to purchase massage gift certificates for those
hard-to-buy-for and for those special people
on your Santa list! Just
give me a call to place your order or for more
information.
I
hope you have a special opportunity to spend
some quality, relaxing time with family and friends
who mean the most to you. Once again, from the
bottom of my heart, thank you for your continued
support and trust in my services as part of your
wellness care team! You
are truly a blessing in my life.

Oil: Christmas
Spirit

Christmas Spirit is a deliciously aromatic blend
with purifying qualities. It contains evergreen,
citrus and cinnamon spice. The special blend is
reminiscent of winter holidays that brings joy, peace,
and happiness. The cinnamon bark is traditionally
thought to have a frequency that attracts wealth and
abundance, while spruce may bring a feeling of balance,
grounding and is thought to contain the frequency of
prosperity. Delight your senses and fill your home
by diffusing Christmas Spirit. You can also put
2 drops on a wet cloth and put in clothes dryer or 4-8
drops on cotton balls and locate on vents. Young
Living is offering a Christmas Spirit holiday gift
set special that is complete with a diffuser for your
home

Do you ever wonder
why you always hear me recommending that you drink
more water? Water is the most important
nutrient in your body, and it makes up 55%-60% of your
total body mass. If your body loses as little as
2% of its water content, it can cause fatigue and headaches. Chronic
dehydration can cause other health issues, such as joint
pain. Below are just a few important “whys” on filling
up your water glass:
- Improves oxygen delivery to cells
- Transports nutrients
- Lubricates and cushions bones and joints
- Absorbs shocks to joints and organs
- Regulates body temperature
- Removes wastes/toxins
- Prevents tissues from sticking
- Improves cell-to-cell communications
It’s easy to calculate your optimum
daily consumption of water. Simply divide your weight by two and
the answer is how many ounces per day minimum for your
body size. And remember, if you drink caffeinated
or alcoholic beverages, drink two extra glasses of water
per each glass coffee or alcohol to offset the dehydrating
effects. Spice it up a bit and tingle your taste
buds by adding lemon, lime or orange slices to your water. You
can also add 1 or 2 drops of the yummy Young Living Essential
Oils to your water for taste and added health benefits. Stay
hydrated in this cold weather and “drink up!”
