You’ve long been aware of massage’s many benefits
— but have you considered Quantum Biofeedback as a
way to achieve a deeper state of relaxation and stress
reduction?
Rooted in the scientifically proven concept that all
of life is based on electrical energy, Quantum Biofeedback
is an exciting new technology that works to clear any
blocks, ensuring a healthy flow of that energy. By
performing a galvanic skin response energetically to
see where stress levels are, Quantum Biofeedback can
train brain waves and stressors in your body that may
be contributing to imbalances, diseases and pain levels.
Research has shown that brain waves signal pain and
stress in the body. Recycling stressful thought patterns
and reactions creates a continuous loop in the nervous
system signaling the “fight or flight” response, which
has been shown to be detrimental to health over a long
period of time. During biofeedback sessions, I assist
you in exploring the sources of stress in your life
and coach you on making small changes that, in turn,
can have a large rippling effect on the body-mind connection.
Each session includes simple breathing and visualization
techniques to access that place within where healing
can begin. Many clients report a deep and lasting sense
of calm and relaxation, decreased levels of pain, and
improved sleep patterns.
The body-mind always desires to move toward balance,
and Quantum Biofeedback is a powerful way to help you
achieve that goal. Call for your Quantum Biofeedback
session today, and discover the untapped resources
within.

Did you know the power sleep has on your overall sense
of wellbeing?
“Getting plenty of natural, restful sleep really is one
of the best preventative health measures you can do to
ensure your ongoing health and happiness,” says Michael
Krugman, founder of the Sounder Sleep System.
Quality sleep is critical to endocrine and immune-system
function, muscle health and pain management, and there’s
a growing link between lack of sleep and serious health
problems, such as depression, hypertension, diabetes
and obesity. Sleep experts report that the loss of as
little as one hour of sleep results in a sleep debt that
must be repaid by napping or sleeping longer on a subsequent
night. If you fail to catch up on lost sleep, it can
have noticeably negative cumulative effects on mood,
thought process and performance. In fact, inadequate
sleep has been directly associated with anger, anxiety,
sadness and depression.
Sleeping to increase your health seems relatively simple,
but many of us find it challenging. Exposure to darkness
at night (as well as sunlight in the morning) aids the
body’s natural circadian rhythm in prompting solid, regular
sleep. Establishing a routine before bedtime can also
help with healthy slumber. While we often rush around
to get last-minute chores done late at night, it would
behoove us all to slowly and mindfully unwind as we prepare
for relaxation and slumber.
Your health is your wealth, and developing regular bedtime
routines to induce a good night’s rest is a powerful way
to support your path to longevity and health.
